Natural Support and Relief from Pelvic Pain

What is Vaginal Reflexology

Vaginal Reflexology is a trauma-informed pelvic health practice helping women Understand persistent pelvic symptoms and reconnect with their bodies. My work is private, non-invasive and self-applied, with guidance offered online.

For many women, the pelvis is where stress, emotion, and unspoken experiences are held, but it is also a source of intuition, creativity, pleasure, and feminine wisdom. By exploring the physical, emotional, and energetic patterns reflected within the body, Vaginal Reflexology supports deeper self-awareness, self-trust, and connection to the intelligence that already exists within.

All Vaginal Reflexology sessions are conducted online. There is no clinical setting, no physical examination, and no hands-on treatment.

  • Expert, confidential care that speaks to your personal health goals
  • Self-applied educational practice guide that’s given with verbal instruction
  • A trusted path to physical and emotional well-being that supports long term stability

Hi Julie, Thank you for all of your support and compassion during my Holistic Pelvic Care sessions. The service you provided was a wonderful, holistic and enlightening experience. The energetic practices and tools you teach have given me the confidence and motivation to nurture my own needs and to reconnect back into my womb wisdom, develop and trust my intuition on a deeper level and love my womb and her magic even more! For the last ten years I have always acknowledged the power and wisdom of my womb and yoni, listened and connected with my cycle and understood that my yoni is a sacred temple. However, since starting my menopause journey I had felt a deep sadness and disconnection at the loss of my menstrual cycle and was trying to navigate and transmute the pain I was feeling during this rite of passage and new phase of my life. However, the self care practices and physical exercises have helped me to focus and rediscover a deeper knowledge within my womb, understand and work through the blocks I was holding onto, and are helping me to feel grounded and supported within myself and my body. This work that Julie is facilitating is vital, necessary and highly recommended. I invite all women to begin their Pelvic Health care journey and take back their power!

I've had two sessions with Julie so far and both have been life changing. Truly. It took me a while to find the courage to dive into the sessions but Julie was so supportive and truly in alignment with my highest good. Once I finally took the plunge it was incredible. In one session we worked on money blocks and managed to find the memory and the belief which had been blocking my feeling of worthiness when it came to wealth accumulation. My entire adult life I have been in a spiral of money in, money out, debt accumulation. It wasn't the abundance that was the problem, it was the holding onto it that just seemed to elude me. For decades. Julie guided me to intuitively tap into the memory which was the root cause of the block and where I had erroneously formed a belief that I shouldn't spend money and felt guilty if I spent too much. What happened afterwards was incredible. Everything shifted and moved and the wheels began to turn and I now live the most beautiful life of abundance. And crucially , it is abundance which now sticks with me and for the first time ever, we are in a position to pay back debt. I cannot recommend Julie's sessions enough. When you are stuck in a rut, there is a belief which is working against you. Looking for this yourself can be like a needle in a haystack. Julie is the absolute perfect guide.

Julie offers a really unique experience of being deeply supported. I've been very fortunate to have had a lot of support over the years from many skilled therapists and healers and all have helped me in different ways. However, just 2 weeks after the treatment from Julie, and I have had an extraordinary and totally unexpected experience. I feel so lighthearted and what used to cause me deep sadness and pain has floated away with ease. I'm curious and eager to see what happens next! ☺️ I highly recommend Julie's work.

Wanted to share how gentle, kind and intuitive Julie is. Had an appointment with Julie after remembering some childhood experiences that I hadn’t dealt with. She was very kind and is still supporting me throughout this journey, making suggestions of self help or referring me to other practitioners, who I’ve found beneficial as well. Thank you so much Julie 🙏

I had a session with Julie and was amazed at how intuitively she works. She made me feel at ease and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. She helped me release some past traumas and enabled me to come to terms with some situations I’d been holding onto. After the session I had the best nights sleep I’d had for a long time and this morning I feel more relaxed and confident. I’d highly recommend working with Julie. Incredible work that you do! Thank you xxx

My experience receiving the Holistic Energetic Rebirth with Julie was powerful and deeply attuned. She holds a space that allows what needs to surface and guides you through with kindness and strength to release. The follow up and resources were great and her knowledge and experience of this work really shines through. The family constellation aspect of the session was very moving and transformative and has led to a significant release in my life. I highly recommend her work.

So far with Pussy Galore, I have done three sessions of belief coding, and the pelvic healthcare programme. The belief coding work really shifted some long held onto blockages and set me back on a path for fully reconnect with my relationship with God, and to believe in myself again and let go of some deeply ingrained subconscious beliefs. I have since done the pelvic care programme and that has also triggered me to do a lot of somatic exercise to compliment the holistic care. I feel like my pelvic floor is on the way back to health and strength after a lot of past physical and mental trauma, and only this week I have started to feel one side of my vaginal canal has “come alive” again. It’s so interesting - I don’t even realise I had numbness but now one side has started to wake up it is really obvious. The journey to taking more self care and self love of my amazing body has made me currently focus on somatic exercise use instead of full on weights etc – and all my back pain has gone that I have had for many years – over 20 years!!!!! I am much more in tune with my body now and as soon as I feel the tightness coming in my pelvic area I know what to do. Overall so far, I am much calmer and more grounded, and I have started to feel happy again even in the midst of ongoing difficulties in my life. Learning about your vagina properly is empowering. Up until I started this education, I honestly didn’t even know where wee came out of, and I certainly didn’t know how my clitoris was structured within my body. I am also much more open and at one with speaking about anything sexual health related, and I hope this will help my daughter. I will certainly be educating her fully to understand her own amazing body as soon as she is old enough.

I had the wonderful experience of a session with Julie. It was quite literally mind blowing and life changing. Julie helped me unpick stored trauma that i was holding on to and release it in a healthy way. She has a gift to bring us back to our bodies and re-connect mind, body and soul. She is a natural, amazing communicator, and healer and she puts you at ease straight away. Julie creates a safe space for you, for guided healing to happen. After our session I am now more confident as a person and a mother, I’m grounded, peaceful and connected. And that’s just one session!! I can never thank Julie enough for all the support, advice and guidance. A true Earth angel.

The Benefits of Vaginal Reflexology

For women on waiting lists, Vaginal Reflexology is an educational and practical awareness approach. The practices taught within Vaginal Reflexology may support:

Woman gently holding her lower abdomen beside a bright window

Awareness of pelvic floor tension patterns

Many women live with a pelvic floor too tight without realising it. Through guided awareness, Vaginal Reflexology supports recognition of unconscious holding and bracing, and exploration of when the body may be in a protective or tightened state. Alongside this, exercises for tight pelvic floor can be introduced as part of ongoing self-care — supporting nervous system regulation and muscular ease.

Many women discover that beneath physical tension lies a deeper pattern of self-protection, helping them understand not only how they hold stress in the body, but why.

Vaginal Reflexology Online

The Vagina Reflexologist is based online, nationwide. Our flexible scheduling is designed to fit seamlessly around busy lifestyles and demanding workdays, making it easy to access intuitive, organic reflexology tailored entirely to your personal well-being.

Vaginal Reflexology for Women in the UK

Vaginal Reflexology is a preventative, educational approach to pelvic wellbeing that combines principles of Holistic Pelvic Care with Belief Coding®. It supports exploration of body literacy through somatic awareness, nervous system understanding, and belief-based reframing — drawing on feminine embodiment practices to help women reconnect with their bodies from the inside out.

Women are often left waiting, often in pain, often dismissed, and often without tools to understand what is happening in their own bodies. Vaginal Reflexology exists to address a very real gap in education and awareness. Your body holds the map. Vaginal Reflexology supports you in learning how to read it.

There is no clinical setting, no physical examination, and no hands-on treatment. This is a self-applied educational practice guided verbally.

Statistics on Pelvic Health in the UK

Gynaecology currently has one of the fastest-growing waiting lists in the  NHS . Over 743,000 women are currently waiting for care.

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists  have recognised that waiting lists have increased significantly over the last decade. The system is not expected to meet targets until at least 2029, reflecting wider structural pressure within women’s healthcare.

What is Happening While Women Wait for Healthcare?

This is the context in which Vaginal Reflexology sits — not as a replacement for medical care, but as an educational, self-applied approach that supports awareness while women are waiting for, or working alongside, clinical support.

Women are often left waiting, often in pain, often dismissed, and often without tools to understand what is happening in their own bodies. Vaginal Reflexology exists to address a very real gap in education and awareness. Your body holds the map, vaginal Reflexology supports you in learning how to read it.

Our Promise

Where Vaginal Reflexology Can Help Your Pelvic Health

The Vaginal Reflexologist supports your personal pelvic health goals in every session, combining care, consistency, and high-quality guidance so you feel more confident, connected, and informed in your body. These sessions are designed to support your individual physical, emotional, and energetic goals, helping you develop a deeper awareness of your body and the patterns it holds.

Through structured, guided practice, you are supported in building confidence from the inside out — not only through physical understanding, but through a growing sense of self-trust and embodiment. Each session is an opportunity to reconnect with your body’s intelligence, strengthen awareness, and move closer to alignment between how you feel, how you respond, and how you live.

Vaginal Reflexology is an educational somatic practice that explores internal pelvic awareness using principles found in holistic pelvic systems and embodied mapping approaches. It is a form of feminine embodiment coaching rooted in the understanding that the pelvic space is not only anatomical — it is also neurological, muscular, and shaped by stress and emotional experience. Through Vaginal Reflexology, women are guided to explore:

  • Areas of tension or holding, including a tight pelvic floor or chronic bracing patterns
  • How sensations and patterns present in their own experience
  • Their personal baseline of comfort and “normal”

This work is built on womb wisdom — the understanding that the pelvic space is a source of information, not just function. It is a body literacy and awareness practice designed to support understanding of internal sensation and how this reflects external reality.

The medical model increasingly reflects what holistic pelvic approaches recognise: pelvic health is best supported through integrated, multi-factor approaches rather than purely physical intervention.

Research shows that:

  • Biopsychosocial approaches are associated with improved outcomes in chronic pelvic pain
  • Multidisciplinary care supports function and long-term wellbeing
  • Pelvic floor training is a first-line recommendation in clinical guidelines
  • Education is associated with improved confidence, awareness, and engagement with pelvic care

Women do not only need treatment, they need education, access, and tools to understand their own body. Vaginal Reflexology sits within this educational space.

When Vaginal Reflexology is part of your practice, you may begin to notice:

  • Tension patterns more clearly, including muscles of the pelvic floor that were previously inaccessible to awareness
  • Changes in sensation earlier than before
  • A different relationship with internal awareness and feminine energy
  • More informed engagement with healthcare
  • Increased self-understanding and body literacy

You may also find a quiet shift in how to feel confident in your body, not through appearance, but through knowing. This is confidence coaching for women in its most foundational form: a woman who understands her own body from the inside out is a woman who trusts herself. By supporting awareness of internal sensation and breath connection, Vaginal Reflexology supports reconnection with the pelvic space and its natural responsiveness. From a holistic perspective, this supports greater awareness of internal bodily signals including: sensation, responsiveness, and fertility awareness methods such as recognising cervical and cycle changes with greater accuracy.

Each Vaginal Reflexology session is delivered with care, structure, and high-quality guidance to support safe and consistent progression in your pelvic health journey.

Sessions are designed with clear, structured practices that support alignment, breath awareness, and movement control, helping you build a stronger connection between your body and your internal awareness over time. This creates a foundation not only for physical stability and reduced tension patterns, but also for greater embodied confidence and self-trust.

There is a strong emphasis on consistency, clarity, and nervous system safety within every session. This allows the body to gradually adapt, integrate, and respond without overwhelm — supporting long-term change across physical, emotional, and energetic levels of the pelvic space.

Vaginal Reflexology UK – FAQs

What does pelvic floor awareness mean and why does it matter?

It means developing a personal baseline, an understanding of what your body feels like, looks like, and functions like when it is well. Not a textbook definition of normal, but your normal. Once you have that baseline, you are far better equipped to notice when something shifts, and to seek support sooner rather than waiting until symptoms become impossible to ignore.

But it goes deeper than symptom awareness. The pelvis is not only a physical structure. It is a centre of feminine energy, creativity, intuition, and power. Many women are disconnected from this space entirely, not because something is wrong with them, but because they were never taught to pay attention to it. Know Your Normal is an invitation back.

Some of the most common include chronic pelvic pain or tightness, a pelvic floor too tight, urinary leakage or urgency, pain during sex or smear tests, reduced sensation or libido, postpartum or menopausal changes, and a general sense of disconnection from that area of the body.

From an energetic perspective, other signals worth noticing include a persistent sense of feeling unsafe, difficulty receiving, creative blocks, low feminine vitality, feeling cut off from pleasure or purpose, or a sense that this part of you has simply gone quiet. The body speaks in many languages. This work supports women in learning to listen to all of them.

No. This is an educational and awareness approach to pelvic health. It supports women in developing body literacy and self-awareness, understanding their own pelvic space, recognising tension and holding patterns, and building a clearer picture of what is normal for them. It sits alongside clinical care, not in place of it.

Where it differs most from clinical approaches is in the energetic and emotional layer. A physiotherapist works with the physical structures of the pelvic floor. This work also explores what those structures are holding, the stress, the trauma, the protective patterns, the disconnection, and supports women in developing a relationship with this space that goes beyond function into genuine feminine embodiment.

Vaginal Reflexology is a self-applied, verbally guided educational practice that supports internal pelvic awareness. It draws on principles from holistic pelvic care, somatic awareness, and feminine embodiment to help women reconnect with their pelvic space physically, emotionally, and energetically.

In session, women are guided to explore areas of tension or holding, develop interoceptive awareness, and begin to understand their own internal landscape. Over time, many women describe not just greater physical awareness but a deeper sense of feminine energy activation, a felt sense of being more present, more alive, and more connected to a part of themselves that had previously felt closed off or unknown. This is womb wisdom made accessible, not as a concept, but as lived experience.

You are already starting by reading this. The first step is simply curiosity. From an energetic perspective, that curiosity is significant. Many women have spent years, sometimes decades, in a relationship of avoidance, numbness, or disconnection with this part of their body. Turning toward it, even gently, begins to shift something. The pelvis responds to attention.

Feminine energy activation does not require dramatic intervention. It begins with willingness to notice. From there, Know Your Normal offers resources, workshops, and one-to-one support that build awareness gently and without pressure. There is no prerequisite level of knowledge, and no experience too small or too unfamiliar to bring into the conversation.

Yes, and this is central to the approach. The pelvic floor is directly connected to the nervous system and stress response, which means tension is often protective rather than purely structural. Many women carry unprocessed stress, anxiety, or trauma in this part of the body, held there not as failure, but as the body doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Julie’s practice integrates trauma-informed frameworks alongside Belief Coding® and somatic approaches, creating space for women to explore this emotional and energetic layer safely and with support. Hormone balance for women, feminine vitality, and a restored sense of creative and sexual aliveness are all connected to what lives in this space. When the protective patterns begin to release, what often emerges beneath them is something women describe as coming home.

Pelvic mapping is a guided awareness practice that helps women develop a clearer sense of their pelvic floor, identifying areas of tension, holding, discomfort, or numbness. It is not a clinical examination. It is an internal awareness practice, and an energetic one.

Different areas of the pelvic space correspond to different aspects of a woman’s experience, physical, emotional, relational, creative. Through pelvic mapping, women often begin to recognise not just where they are holding, but what they are holding. This is womb wisdom in practice, the understanding that the body stores experience, and that awareness is the first step toward release. For women experiencing a tight pelvic floor, this mapping is often the beginning of understanding rather than simply managing symptoms.

Yes. With over 743,000 women currently waiting for gynaecology care, many are looking for something meaningful to do during that time. Know Your Normal and Vaginal Reflexology do not replace clinical care, but they offer something clinical care does not always reach, the energetic and emotional layer of pelvic experience.

Women on waiting lists often describe feeling passive, unheard, and disconnected from their own bodies. This work supports a different experience, one of agency, curiosity, and deepening self-knowledge. You do not have to wait to begin understanding your own body. You do not have to wait to begin reconnecting with your feminine energy. That work is available to you now.

Not at all. Many women who engage with this work are not in crisis. They simply sense that there is more available to them than they are currently experiencing. More aliveness. More connection. More access to the feminine vitality and creative power that lives in the pelvic space. Womb wisdom is not only for women in pain. It is for any woman ready to go deeper, into her body, her awareness, and her sense of who she is.

Fertility awareness methods, hormone balance for women, how to increase vaginal lubrication, supporting a healthy vaginal microbiome, these are part of every woman’s lifelong relationship with her body. Know Your Normal is the starting point for all of it.

As a Vaginal Reflexologist, my role is to teach and guide, not to diagnose, examine, or treat. This includes supporting women to understand:

  • Their own pelvic awareness map
  • Their personal tension and response patterns
  • Self-applied techniques for awareness and regulation

All Vaginal Reflexology sessions are conducted online. There is no clinical setting, no physical examination, and no hands-on treatment. This is a self-applied educational practice guided verbally.

Vaginal Reflexology may be relevant for women experiencing:

  • Chronic pelvic pain or tightness, including a tight pelvic floor
  • Vaginismus or discomfort
  • Postpartum or menopausal changes
  • Reduced sensation or libido
  • Fear or avoidance of smear tests
  • A history of pelvic trauma or stress-related experiences
  • Women seeking feminine embodiment as part of ongoing self-care
  • Women on a lengthy waitlist looking for holistic approaches

It is also for women who are not in crisis, but who understand that awareness is a foundation for prevention and who are ready to reclaim their relationship with their body through empowerment workshops for women and self-directed pelvic education.
