Pelvic Health Retreat in North Norfolk
Our pelvic health retreat is forty minutes north from Norwich in Chaucer Barn. Voted sixth best UK venue by The Independent. Carbon negative. RHS celebrated. And unlike any wellness centre you have ever visited.
The main hall is cathedral-like with ancient oak beams, open fireplaces, a candlelit space that shifts with every hour of the day. Five double bedrooms and 4 twin rooms within the barn sleep up to 18 guests; woodland eco-lodges nestle further into the rewilded valley for those who want complete immersion in nature.
The stone circle, inspired by Seahenge, sits at the estate’s far edge; crystals set beneath each stone, a Merlinite crystal at the Druid’s Portal. Rare Snakehead Fritillaries and wild orchids rise through the meadow in season. Red Kites wheel overhead. The only sounds are birdsong, wind, and the occasional creak of ancient oak.
What Our Pelvic Health Retreats Offer
Our pelvic health retreats are a self-directed education where you learn to navigate your own pelvic anatomy and locate areas of physical tension.
Vaginal Reflexology Education
This retreat introduces dedicated pelvic education work, a focus not found at other residential retreats in the UK. You will learn to map your own pelvic anatomy, discovering where you hold tension, how your nervous system responds, and what your natural baseline feels like. This process is about building body literacy rather than receiving a clinical treatment. The sessions are fully guided, but you do the physical practice on your own body with complete support throughout.

Pelvic Health Retreats
Pelvic health retreats matter now because too many women are waiting too long for care, support, and answers. When access is delayed and conversations stay too late, pain, dysfunction, and uncertainty can become normalised.
743,000 Women Waiting
Hundreds of thousands of women are currently waiting for gynaecological care, with delays that leave symptoms unmanaged for far too long.
Waiting Lists Up 200%
Demand has surged while access remains stretched, creating a widening gap between need and treatment.
Endometriosi s Diagnosis Takes 9 Years
On average, it takes nine years to diagnose endometriosis, delaying support, relief, and informed decisionmaking.
1 in 6 Women Live With Chronic Pelvic Pain
Chronic pelvic pain is common, persistent, and often underrecognised, affecting daily life, work, and wellbeing.
1 in 2 Experience Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Pelvic floor dysfunction affects half of women, yet many are never given the education or support they need early enough.
69% Have Never Spoken to a Professional
Most women have never discussed pelvic health with a professional, showing how much awareness and access still need to grow.
The current system begins at diagnosis. This work begins earlier, with awareness, with education, with access

Julie White
“There is nothing more sacred and powerful than when women come together collectively to heal.
There is something so deeply profound and ancient that it stirs a remembrance within us. A remembering that we were never meant to navigate womanhood in isolation.
For generations, women gathered in circles, in kitchens, around fires, in birth, in grief and in celebration. We held one another through every season of life. Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot. This is an invitation to remember. To slow down. To reconnect with your body, your wisdom and your voice. To be witnessed without judgement, held without expectation and supported by women who understand that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but honouring what has always been whole beneath the layers of life. When one woman heals, she gives quiet permission for another to do the same.
Together, we don’t simply heal, we remember who we are.”
