With gratitude
None of us arrives here alone. My work as The Vaginal Reflexologist has grown from the people who believed in me, taught me and helped me find my way back to myself. These are the people who helped me achieve my dreams and gave me the knowledge that lets me be here today. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Jo was an incredible mentor during my BA (Hons) leadership degree. Her guidance and encouragement helped me grow in confidence and find my voice, and I carry what she taught me into everything I do.

Jessica created a modality that gave me back myself. Belief Coding® also gave me a way to support the healing of my clients, and it sits at the heart of my trauma-informed work.

Tami's knowledge and wisdom of the pelvic bowl brought me back home to my sacred centre. Her work shaped how I hold the pelvic space, for myself and for every woman I work with.

Michael's belief, faith and support in me cemented the belief I needed in which to succeed. He saw what was possible before I could, and helped me build a business around it.

Mike found me on LinkedIn and reached out to me, a stranger, with no agenda other than to help. He gave his time freely to coach me in public speaking, and his belief in me helped me find the confidence to share my work out loud. I'm so grateful he chose to back me.

Friends & Family
To my friends and family, whose unwavering support has held me up in times of need. You believed in me when I couldn't yet see the path, and you held a safe space for me through the hardest seasons of my own healing journey. Your love, patience and encouragement have carried me further than you'll ever know, and so much of this work exists because you gave me room to grow into it.
My daughter
And to my daughter, who has been my biggest teacher. Our shared trauma has taught us both lessons that no course or qualification ever could. You've shown me what courage, honesty and love really look like, and everything I share with the women I work with carries something of what we've learned together. Thank you for teaching me, every day.
With love and gratitude.
